At Jamieson Vitamins, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn and unwashed apparel.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, and include a copy of your packing slip or the printed RMA confirmation inside.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
